Abstract: The automotive industry chain exhibits broad involvement, substantial scale effects, high added value, and a strong correlation between upstream and downstream industries. Conducting a sustainable development assessment of the automobile supply chain is crucial for the overall sustainability of the automobile industry. This study uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to establish an evaluation system for sustainable development of the automotive supply chain from three perspectives: technology, service, and information. It systematically examines the supply chain development within China's automotive industry to provide comprehensive and objective insights into its sustainable development status. The findings indicate weaknesses in environmental management and research and development capabilities within the automobile industry's supply chain that require further strengthening.
