Analysis of Influencing Factors on the Development of New Energy Vehicle Industry Based on ISM-MICMAC Model

Abstract: This study is based on the ISM-MICMAC model, and through literature review and expert interviews, 12 key factors affecting the development of the new energy vehicle industry have been identified, including policies and regulations, infrastructure construction, technological innovation, etc. Using the ISM method to construct a hierarchical model, elucidating the interaction mechanism between factors, and classifying the influencing factors through MICMAC analysis. Finally, we will delve into the characteristics of key influencing factors and propose five development paths: improving policies and regulations, strengthening technological innovation, laying out industrial clusters, precision marketing, and optimizing industry construction.
