Abstract: The article discusses the establishment of the Air Force University (UNIFA) in 1984, highlighting the importance of unifying the postgraduate courses of the FAB. UNIFA has become a center of excellence in research and education, promoting the development of academic thought in aeronautics. The author proposes the implementation of a more structured postgraduate system, including thesis defense in the courses of EAOAR and ECEMAR. The thesis defense is seen as an opportunity for students to deepen their research and contribute to the field of Aerospace Power. The article emphasizes that UNIFA should continue to stimulate innovation and research, preparing its students to become recognized specialists in the field.
