Abstract: The article celebrates the fiftieth anniversary of the Ministry of Aeronautics and the Brazilian Air Force, highlighting the significance of the event that took place on January 20, 1991. The ceremony, which included an ecumenical service and the presence of various authorities, was marked by the reading of the Ministry's Creation Decree and tributes to important figures in Brazilian aviation.
