Abstract: The article discusses the evolution of education administration in the Brazilian Air Force, emphasizing the importance of training and knowledge for operational safety and efficiency. Since the establishment of the Ministry of Aeronautics, various restructurings have occurred, including the formation of the Directorate of Education and COMFAP, aimed at organizing and developing technical and professional instruction. Despite the recognition of the importance of education, the continuity and hierarchy of educational activities in the FAB remain questioned, especially in a context of population growth and social challenges that require quality education to prevent chaos.
