Abstract: One of the inspiration motif of the meeting organised at the University of Milan on 17.05.2024 has been the passage of the first Duino elegy by Rainer Maria Rilke that Ferdinando Zuccotti (1956-2023) has used to conclude his last editorial of the Rivista di Diritto Romano.
