Contextual Approach in Preparing Future Nsu Officers for Combat Operations in a Higher Military Educational Institution

Abstract: The article, based on the analysis of scientific sources, characterizes the essence, content and methods of contextual professional training of future specialists of the National Guard of Ukraine units in the conditions of a higher military educational institution. It was found that in the works of scientists, contextual training is considered in terms of "contextual education" (teaching) and "contextual training" (learning). It was determined that important characteristics of the contextual approach are ensuring interdisciplinary connections in the training process; problematic content of training; use of contexts of future professional activity, namely, acquiring the ability to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems in the course of performing service and combat (combat) tasks. It was established that the context is the most important component of such educational approaches: problem-oriented learning, cooperative learning, project-based learning and training on the basis of military units. An integrative image of a graduate officer is substantiated, where the goal, content and results of training are perceived in a comprehensive manner, taking into account changes in professional activity and are aimed at forming his integral competence. Today it is necessary to create a unified and integrated system of military lighting that could function between three angles: lighting, professional military lighting and advancement of qualifications. The very contextual approach in the preparation of the upcoming military leader in the minds of the great military initial pledge will help to create a significant amount of time before the formation of the military subterranean forces is formed. NATO member states and Alliance structures, professionalization of defense forces and transformation of the personnel management system (Prikhodko, 2017). However, the richness of military coverage allows us to confirm that the contextual approach is the prospect of training military facilitators. The contextual illumination of the central part of the military initial foundation has been formed to facilitate the modernization of the military illumination system, the updating of the initial material base of the illumination process in the way of removing the initial signs of the new US technology and upgrades, updating lighting programs, increasing the amount of time spent on practical activities, a paradigm shift in lighting work for the great military Initially, the transfer of relevance to the formation of psychological and professional the strengths of the military leader, zokrem, leadership, a special value-motivation system, advanced volitional and intellectual strengths, communication skills, etc.
