Abstract: The theoretical principles of management of professional training of future teachers of the higher school and andragogues are substantiated; the peculiarities of the formation of their readiness for professional and creative development are revealed; the domestic and world experience of managing the professional training of future teachers of higher education and andragogues is highlighted; the specifics of the professional and creative development of a teacher and andragogue in modern conditions are characterized; the current state and prospects of managing the training of future higher school teachers and andragogues for professional and creative development in higher education institutions of Ukraine are outlined. It is noted that the training of future teachers of higher education and high-level andragogues is one of the important directions in modern education, which requires a comprehensive approach, which includes, first of all, balanced management of this process, enrichment of students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills, preparing them for professional and creative development. It is emphasized that the study of domestic and world experience in managing the professional and creative development of future teachers of higher education and andragogues is extremely relevant in modern European integration conditions. After all, the high-quality organization of the training of future teachers and andragogues is the key to the successful development of higher education and adult education, as it will ensure the continuity of the educational process throughout life, promotes the development of innovations in education, because thanks to the constant updating of training programs, future teachers and andragogues will be familiar with new technologies and approaches to learning, etc. Emphasis is placed on the fact that in the process of professional and creative self-development of future masters of teachers and andragogues, it is necessary to create conditions for the active and purposeful acquisition of professional competences, identification and development of creative abilities and personal potential of future masters of teachers and andragogues, providing applicants with tools and opportunities for independent research, experimentation, personal and professional self-improvement. Effective management of the professional and creative development of future masters-pedagogues and andragogues will make it possible to provide quality education for future generations.
