Implementación del Acompañamiento Terapéutico en niños, niñas y adolescentes. Una aproximación desde la ética psicoanalítica

Abstract: This practice was interested in implementing the clinical device of Therapeutic Support in four children and three adolescents from the Fundación Fundamentes homes in Pavas. As a central objective, it was proposed to address psychological suffering very far from what was proposed by the hegemonic biological and positivist model; giving the boy, girl and adolescent a place as a desiring subject, crossed by the word. It was decided to accompany their moments of vulnerability without taking them away from daily activities and avoiding medicalization. Intervening through dialogue and listening in a treatment based on their singularities and social ties. This from a subjectivizing and depathologizing perspective. In the process, positive results were obtained in relation to the objectives set in each case. Through transference they were able to build something of the subjective, develop trust in their peers and build a bond with them in the social bond.
