Abstract: The paper examines the praxeological aspects of the sociological and educational model «Identity Matrix» aimed at «measuring» the all-Russian civic identity and proposed by the author for comprehension by scientists - researchers in the field of social and humanitarian knowledge. The logic of constructing a four-block model is outlined, suggesting consistent individual, personal, social and civic development of a person. To assess the «sufficiency» of the level of identity formation, a three-level assessment model is proposed, the effectiveness of which can be tracked in the dynamics of the educational and upbringing activities of an educational organization. The «Society» block presented in the article is accompanied by a tabular questionnaire, in which questions and answer assessment options are distributed among segments - in accordance with the three-level evaluative division of the results. Some problematic nodes of the complex «measurement» of the phenomenon of all-Russian civic identity and the directions of its sociological, educational and socio-philosophical comprehension and experimental / innovative application to educational practice are recorded.
