Study of Cadets' Professional Self-determination in Collaboration With the Military Training Center of the Civil University

Abstract: The article presents a study of the professional self-determination of cadets in interaction with the military training center of the university. The overall goal of the work was to orient the pupils of cadet organizations to continue military training. The tasks included establishing interaction with the military training center of the city university. The role of the military training center was to reveal the possibilities of military training in cases where cadet graduates choose civilian vocational education. The dynamics of changes in the attitude of cadets to military training was tracked during testing the components of professional self-determination. Positive changes were identified due to a complex of orientation-cognitive, professional-orienting and military-applied directions of the cooperation program.
