To the Question of Validity of a Pedagogical Experiment in Legal Education at an Agrarian University

Abstract: The article presents a study of the validity of a pedagogical experiment in legal education at an agricultural university. The overall goal of the work was to clarify the issues of external and internal validity when using statistical research methods in professional pedagogy. Factors threatening validity were identified. The threat to external validity was considered as a possible discrepancy between the actual study and the objective reality being studied. The threat to internal validity was predicted as a discrepancy between the actual study and the ideal theoretical process. An analysis of the conditions of modern legal education at an agricultural university identified the main threats: factors of the background and selection of subjects.
