Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: The process of development of innovative potential of cadets of a military institute is studied at the theoretical and empirical levels, the forms of manifestation of innovative potential are identified: epistemological (cognitive); axiological (emotional); praxeological (practical, behavioral). As a result of the analysis of the data of interviews with experts on the target design of military professional potential of servicemen, groups of cadets as carriers of the initial, basic, behavioral innovative potential are determined. The factors inhibiting the development of innovative potential of cadets of military institutes are specified: the lack of comprehensive targeted projects aimed at developing the skills of scientific and analytical activity of students; poor provision of the educational process with information technology, insufficient computer classes in the institutes; lack of effective mechanisms for stimulating innovative activity of cadets. It is substantiated that material support of military scientific projects (grants) in military institutes is carried out symbolically and does not have a significant motivating basis. It has been proven that in order to optimize the process of developing innovative professional potential of cadets, it is necessary to intensify the project activities of the state and administration of military universities in several areas: implementation of the project for the growth of computer information support for military institutes and universities; modernization of the system of information, scientific innovative activities of higher military educational institutions, creation of conditions and motivation for the processes of developing innovative abilities of cadets both during classes and outside them; expansion of opportunities for cadets in the implementation of information and cultural developments and independent creative activity, development of adaptive military significant practice of innovative behavior in the process of service and leisure activities of students.
