Abstract: The article examines the philosophical aspects of quality of life, with an emphasis on the interaction of social values and individual needs. It considers the opinions of scientists, philosophers and sociologists on the role of social values in determining and improving the quality of life. In conclusion, it emphasizes the need for dialogue between individual and collective interests to achieve harmonious development of society.
