Abstract: The work includes a review and synthesis aimed at updating and searching for innovative conceptual solutions to the problems of adaptation of workers and employees to environmental changes, especially at the workplace and place of service. The significant socio-economic significance of losses in working capacity due to rapid climate change, to which the body does not have time to adapt, is emphasized. An important part of the program of measures to ensure adaptation is a physiologically substantiated schedule of daily biorhythmicity of work, rest (sleep) and nutrition. The applied experimental model "Shift night work" showed a sharp increase in locomotor activity during the period of rest and sleep in combination with a characteristic desynchronosis of the eating behavior of animals. Such a model is extremely common in modern society, causing the formation of "social jet lag". The program to ensure adaptation to changing conditions, first of all, requires compliance with daily biorhythmics, and in cases of its desynchronosis, a shift method is necessary, including a period of activity and an adequate recreational period with normalization of eating behavior.
