Pure phase modulation of a PN-junction traveling wave modulator circuit

Abstract: We experimentally demonstrate pure phase modulation on a configurable modulator circuit, implemented as a PN-junction traveling wave modulator embedded in a fully tunable Mach-Zehnder interferometer, which gives an optimized phase modulation response.
