Abstract: ABSTRACT We present the genomes of nine cultured microbes isolated from two freshwater sites in Wellesley, MA. The dataset is useful for exploring genomic diversity among freshwater taxa, including Pedobacter , Pseudomonas , Rhodoferax , Rouxiella, and Flavobacterium .
