Abstract: Test results showed that Aedes aegypti due to malathion 0.8% at 60 min exposure, there was 55% motality at an exposure for 24 hr, and 90% later, while permethrin 0.25% at 60 min exposure caused 90% mortality and 24 hr of exposure of 100% of mosquitoes died. This study concludes that Aedes aegypti against malathion 0.8% fall into the category of moderate resistance while permethrin 0.25% falls into the vulnerable category.
