Abstract: he formation of a professional ballet dancer in the context of the structure of choreographic education. The author emphasizes the role of musical education of a future ballet dancer as a guarantee 15 of professional competence of the teaching staff of choreographic educational institutions. The article examines the substantive area of the musical component of the educational program. The author emphasizes the need for close interaction between the teacherchoreographer and the pianist-accompanist in the educational process, suggests ways to solve the problems of musical education as part of the educational process in the system of choreographic education.
