Abstract: The integration of the innovation chain and the industrial chain is crucial for advancing the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy and achieving high-quality development. Jilin Province still needs to enhance its integration of the innovation chain and the industrial chain, especially in areas such as funding, cooperation, intellectual property, market orientation, and talent cultivation. To promote the integration of Jilin's innovation chain and industrial chain, it is necessary to build a technology-financial system, increase international influence, optimize the management of results transformation, improve talent introduction and cultivation, construct a technology service system, and strengthen the development of new research institutions.
