Research on teacher‘s information-based instructional design ability from the perspective of learning analysis

Abstract: With the release of ' Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan ', the pace of education and teaching reform has accelerated, which has changed the traditional education and teaching ideas and impacted the traditional teaching mode, content and strategy. Teachers ' ability of information-based instructional design has become a necessary ability for education reform. This paper investigates and analyzes the information-based instructional design ability of university teachers by searching data, analyzing problems, on-the-spot investigation and interview methods, and finds that teachers have problems in design structure, information search and evaluation, teacher-student interaction implementation and technical adaptability. This paper takes the existing problems as the narrative clue, systematically analyzes and summarizes the current situation of teachers ' information-based instructional design ability, and focuses on the causes of the problems in teachers : teachers ' own teaching cognition, knowledge literacy, teaching experience, information-based thinking, etc., and puts forward corresponding development strategies and methods. Suggestions are made in order to open up new ideas for improving teachers ' information-based instructional design ability.
