Abstract: With the rise of health food products, the development of functional beers brewed with medicinal herbs has increasingly become a focus of research. This article provides an overview of the brewing processes involved in herbal beers, examining the potential impacts of these herbs on yeast during fermentation and the resultant beer. Additionally, it briefly introduces several popular varieties of herbal beers, outlining their brewing techniques and highlighting the key functional components that contribute to their health benefits.
