Influence of Varying Npk Levels on Capsicum Annuum L. Growth, Biochemical Parameters, and Soil Fertility
Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: This study investigated the effects of different NPK levels on Capsicum annuum L. growth, biochemical parameters, and soil fertility. A pot experiment was conducted with varying concentrations of NPK, and the results showed that NPK5 (0.10g/3kg) significantly enhanced morphological parameters, biochemical parameters, and certain micro and macronutrients. The highest levels of organic matter, soil pH, and nitrogen content were recorded in NPK5, while maximum concentrations of Mn, Ca, Fe, and EC were found in NPK4. The findings suggest that NPK application at 0.10g/3kg can improve Capsicum annuum L. yield and maintain long-term soil fertility.
