Abstract: Pseudoaneurysm is a rarely reported but recognized complication of abdominal surgery. We present the workup and endovascular intervention of an inferior epigastric artery (IEA) pseudoaneurysm that developed 5 years after a laparoscopic hernia repair using a Stat Tacks (Medtronic) mesh fixation device.
