Life cycle requirement time optimization of a construction project

Abstract: Due to the fact that currently there are no regulated stages of the life cycle of the construction project, in the article we propose a model of 3 stages: pre-design, design and execution stage of construction-installation works. Each of the stages is considered step by step, identified reasons that may affect the time of completion. The importance of linkages between project life cycle stages is noted: reducing the time gap between phases and working in parallel on different phases affect project completion times and costs. Planning and project management allows to optimize work.
