Digital calibration certificates and automated calibration workflow in the Vacuum Metrology Group of PTB

Abstract: Digital calibration certificates (DCCs) promote all digital calibration workflows as they reduce the necessity for manual interaction with the operator. The fully automated calibration workflow of PTB's Vacuum Metrology Group is outlined including the generation of DCCs. To enable the possibility of automated interpretation of these DCCs by computer programs, good practice DCCs (GP-DCCs) for vacuum gauges are developed. The development process is showcased with a use case.
