Enterprise digital transformation and green technology innovation——Based on the data analysis of China's A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2023

Abstract: Based on the data of China's A-share listed enterprises in 2010- -2023, this study empirically analyzes the impact of the digital transformation of enterprises on green and sustainable innovation. The research results show that the digital transformation of enterprises can significantly promote the green technology innovation, and this research result remains stable after the heterogeneity and robustness test. Mechanism analysis shows that the digital transformation of enterprises can further promote green technology innovation through improving the quality of information disclosure and optimizing the human capital structure. Heterogeneity analysis shows that the digital transformation of enterprises on green technology innovation is more significant in non-state-owned enterprises; light pollution enterprises also show more obvious advantages in this process.
