Abstract: Public-private partnership in the field of education has its own characteristics and this is primarily due to the creation of a new infrastructure, which is not attractive for many investors. The projects include the construction of schools, kindergartens, as well as the introduction of innovations in the field of education. Partnership between business and the state in the construction, restoration and development of such facilities can significantly accelerate the renewal of the educational infrastructure. Moreover, such a partnership can become one of the key elements of regional policy, taking into account the peculiarities of the educational sphere.
