Measurement of the s -wave scattering length between metastable helium isotopes

Abstract: The authors experimentally measure the $s$-wave scattering length between the two metastable isotopes of helium in a harmonic trap via trap oscillations and out-coupling. The result is in good agreement with previous theoretical predictions.
