Abstract: This study aims to create a habit of regular physical activity by adding aerobic exercise to the long-term sedentary working conditions that office workers are exposed to and to investigate the effects of this exercise performed under the guidance of a physiotherapist. A total of 100 office workers (40 women and 60 men) participated in this study. Participants were divided into 2 groups as experimental and control groups.
