Mathematical model for assessing the efficiency of the technological process of greenhouse soil preparation and use
Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: Soil-based technology in greenhouse vegetable production involves the use of greenhouse soil. Various machines and equipment designs are employed for its preparation. This article proposes a new technology and machinery for preparing greenhouse soil. A comparison of the characteristics of the new technology with the existing soil preparation methods is presented. Analytical studies are conducted on the impact of a set of technological machine indicators on the efficiency of the technology, utilizing mathematical analysis methods. A mathematical model for assessing the efficiency of the technology implementation is developed, which takes into account agritechnological soil parameters, as well as the performance, energy consumption, and material intensity of each machine in the technological scheme. The influence of each indicator on the overall efficiency of the technology, determined by correction coefficients, is established. A metric for evaluating the efficiency of implementing the new technology compared to the existing one is developed. The research results can be used to assess new machines and equipment, as well as technologies in general, for various agricultural production conditions involving organic fertilizers and different types of greenhouse soil.
