Abstract: The paper discusses the issues of the need for stationary objects of the agro-industrial complex and labor safety during their construction and repair. Attention is drawn to the intensification of the development of agricultural production and the need for the development, construction and repair of stationary agricultural facilities for primary processing, storage and sale of harvest. The state's assistance in achieving significant results in the development of agriculture in the current time and in the future is noted, which made it possible to achieve food security in almost all food nomenclature. Specific figures are provided for the objects under consideration. Attention is drawn to the peculiarities of the problem and its specifics in relation to the industry. The presence of injuries in the named objects is noted, specific information is provided on the level, sources and causes of it. The necessity of developing theoretical provisions for injury prevention is substantiated. The scope of the author's innovative solutions on the theoretical and practical part are presented, including a number of patent solutions. It is argued that the results of research and development should be introduced into production, which will contribute to the dynamic reduction and elimination of occupational injuries in the situation under consideration.
