Bioactivity of a drug based on nonspecific immunoglobulin and colloidal selenium particles for correction of the immune system of farm animals

Abstract: The results of the scientific research of the production of acetone powder from a lyophilized culture of E. coli TG-1 with subsequent isolation of the antigen are presented in the article. The results of chromatographic purification of the obtained antigens and SDS-PAGE electrophoresis are also shown. The conjugation of the E. antigen coli TG-1 with a preparation based on nonspecific immunoglobulins and colloidal selenium particles and its physicochemical assessment have been reviewed. The results of immunization of animals with the E. antigen coli TG-1, conjugated with a drug based on nonspecific immunoglobulin and colloidal selenium particles, the titer of antibodies, interleukins and the proliferative activity of lymphocytes and the activity of peritoneal macrophages determined after slaughter are also presented.
