Abstract: The SafeFuel Monitor is an innovative real-time hydrotesting compliance alert system designed to enhance safety and improve regulatory compliance in the transportation and storage of hazardous fluids, particularly in the petroleum and chemical industries.This paper outlines the importance of hydrotesting, the gaps in traditional compliance monitoring methods, and how the SafeFuel Monitor leverages modern technology, including IoT sensors and machine learning algorithms, to provide timely alerts that enhance operational safety and regulatory adherence.
