Information Risk Analysis and Global Ethical Governance in the Application of Artificial Intelligence

Abstract: Artificial intelligence technology has gradually matured and will become the research and development foundation of digital applications in many industries. However, the technical limitations of the machine itself or the deluge of false information that may be generated under the malicious manipulation of others may worsen the Internet ecology. Based on the cross-national, cross-cultural, cross-regional nature of artificial intelligence technology, we should improve the ethical governance framework of global artificial intelligence information content risk, embed the concept of people-oriented ethical governance in the development of technology, and improve the ethical review mechanism of the whole process of technology and the international coordination mechanism based on value consensus.
