Abstract: Social welfare agencies, healthcare institutions, legislators, and the general public are very much attentive regarding senior abuse which is becoming burning problem in the society.In this article we mention the global problem related senior citizen with emphasize on prevention.Senior abuse covers not only the violation of his rights but also social, financial and physical abuse.In this article we described legislation and policies that mention senior citizen rights.In this article we are think in broad view global senior abuse.Professional provides home age always aware about the senior citizen's abuse.In addition to being isolated from friends and social gatherings, abuse can also take many other forms, including everyday victimization, humiliation, scapegoating, and more.Some people think that some skilled nursing facilities or nursing homes where the senior abuse occurs.Senior abuse,neglect and exploitation happen in the some itself.The people who are tortured by the people they love are the victims.Data from 2020 Longitudinal Ageing study in India shows that there are significant state level Variances even though the overall prevalence of senior maltreatment in India is quite low 5.22%.
