Abstract: This article is actually a scientific and historical generalization of the brilliant scientific and organizational experiment planned by Alexander N. Nesmeyanov and carried out by him together with the team of INEOS RAS. The work presents a brief historical excursion, motivation, as well as a description of the essence of the scientific and organizational experiment. It discusses the stages of development of the model and the results obtained in the course of its realization throughout the 70-year history of the Institute.
