Abstract: Recurrence beyond the second year of diagnosis and metastasis to the skin and eyelids are rare occurrences in breast cancer. When cutaneous metastases present without local recurrence, they pose a significant diagnostic challenge. Here, we describe a case of breast cancer that recurred 16 years after the initial treatment, with the only indication of recurrence being unusual skin and eyelid lesions.
