Prospects for the Development of the Mechanism of Joint Public Procurement in Construction

Abstract: In this paper, the conditions under which construction companies participate in supplier selection procedures for state needs were determined, and the main reasons for non-execution of budget funds allocated for construction, reconstruction, or major repairs were identified. In conclusion, a proposal was formulated to modernize the procedure for public procurement, and examples from domestic and foreign practice were provided.
