Abstract: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير السياحة الرقمية في المدن الذكية بالتركيز على وجهة نظر المواطن السعودي، انطلاقاً من التعرف على مستوى الوعي لدى المواطن السعودي بدور التطبيقات الذكية في السياحة الرقمية، ثم تقييم تأثير تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي على تجربة السياحة في المدن الذكية، وتحديد مدى مساهمة توظيف التطبيقات الذكية في تحقيق البعد الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والثقافي والبيئي لتنمية السياحية الرقمية. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الكمي بأسلوبه المسحي، توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: إن معرفة المواطنين ومنسوبي شركات السياحة بالتطبيقات الذكية واستخدامها في تجربتهم السياحية داخل المدن الذكية جاءت بدرجة (عالية)، وقد أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات منها: تدريب العاملين في الشركات السياحية على التطبيقات الذكية واستخدامها في البرامج والخدمات السياحية للترويج السياحي لمدينة نيوم. This study aimed to identify the role of AI applications in the development of digital tourism in smart cities by focusing on the view of the Saudi citizen Based on the awareness of Saudi citizens about the role of smart applications in digital tourism, Then assess the impact of artificial intelligence applications on the experience of tourism in smart cities and determining the extent to which the use of smart applications contributes to the economic, social, cultural and environmental dimension of digital tourism development. The quantitative curriculum was based on its survey method. The knowledge and use of smart applications by citizens and employees of tourism companies in their tourism experience within smart cities is (highly), and the study recommended several recommendations, including: Train workers in tourism companies on smart applications and use them in tourism programs and services to promote tourism to Neom City.
