Abstract: The clinical picture of congenital anomalies of the kidneys and urinary tract can vary from isolated renal anomalies to syndromic phenotypes. The modern components of management of congenital anomalies of the kidneys and urinary tract, described in the article on the example of a clinical case of congenital polycystic dysplasia of the left kidney, will help to deepen the scientific and applied competencies of doctors who are part of a multidisciplinary team of medical process of this congenital developmental anomaly, as well as parents or persons responsible for the child.
