Abstract: The ethical aspects of implementing automated traffic management systems (ATMS) are examined, including issues of data privacy, responsibility, and safety. It is determined that the effective functioning of such systems should be accompanied by measures to protect confidential information and allocate responsibility for decision-making by automated systems. The necessity to ensure the safety and reliability of ATMS operations is also emphasized. Approaches to solving these outlined problems are proposed to enable the safe and ethical implementation of automated traffic management systems.
