Abstract: The article substantiates the need to define business processes and their impact on the organization of the accounting and analytical system in bakery organizations. The subject of the study is approaches to disclosing the concept of "business process", including taking into account the industry specifics of bakery production. The author discloses the concept of "business process", analyzes the impact of the specifics of business processes in bakery production on the organization of the accounting and analytical system of bakery organizations.
