To this end, a survey was conducted on beauty service workers aged 20 to 50 living in Daejeon, Chungnam, Sejong, and Jeonbuk. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 26.0, and frequency analysis and Cronbach’s α analysis were performed to confirm demographic characteristics and reliability of measurement tools, respectively. In addition, a regression analysis was performed to confirm the moderating effect of perceived organizational support perception in the relationship between empowerment and organizational commitment. The results of the research are as follows. First, the research hypothesis that empowerment affects organizational commitment was adopted. Second, a research hypothesis was also adopted that perceived organizational support perception affects organizational commitment. Third, the research hypothesis that perceived organizational support perception has a moderating effect in the relationship between empowerment and organizational commitment was partially adopted. In other words, when perceived organizational support perception is added as an interaction term, empowerment did not directly affect organizational commitment, but perceived organizational support perception played an important role as a modulating variable.
