Ensuring the Continuity of Technologies of Various Industrial Structures as the Basis for Effective Economic Development of the Union State
Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: The relevance of the presented study is determined by the fact that in the conditions of cyclical macroeconomic development caused by the change of technological structures, following the period of economic recession and crisis of the 2020s, accompanied by the processes of deglobalization and disintegration, in the 2030s the phase of the upward wave of N. Kondratiev will begin, which will entail a change in the vector of international interaction to integration and globalization. This period is very favorable for building up the economic potential of Russia and Belarus within the framework of the union state. The scientific novelty of the presented study lies in refuting the widespread hypothesis that the effective development of the national economies of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus will be successful only by focusing on technologies of the sixth mode (primarily digital technologies) without adequate support from the industrial base of the fourth technological mode (with the production core determined by mechanical engineering technologies, etc.) and the fifth technological mode (with the production core determined by microelectronics technologies, etc.), and proving the need to ensure proper continuity of technologies of the third, fourth, fifth and sixth technological modes as an industrial basis for the effective economic development of the union state.
