Abstract: The importance of the object of national security called "democratic constitutional state of law" is highlighted, introducing the five articles of the edition, which - from different dimensions - analyze the importance of respecting the Political Constitution, the laws; as well as any norm that exists in our society, obviously subordinated to the "law of laws."
