Abstract: At the time of reform, the school textbook is caught between two major situations, including FLE linguistics and didactics, which seem to seek the most suitable paths according to the linguistic policy adopted by Algeria with regard to the teaching advocated by the school institution. However, the didacticization of linguistic content is still confronted with other situations that need to be questioned via the school textbook and the linguistic content that needs to be inculcated at the time of educational reform.
