Abstract: ● A sgRNA library of CRISPR-Cas9 targeting grape MYB family was designed and synthesized. ● Several grape mutants were obtained via pooled Agrobacterium -mediated transformation. ● A novel grape mutant exhibited significantly enhanced tolerance to drought stress.
