Abstract: Servant leaders, who prioritize the interests of employees over their own interests, care about employees and prioritize their development and well-being. It is thought that employees who think that their leaders value them will engage in vocal behavior. This study aims to reveal the effect of perceived servant leadership on employee voice. The research was conducted in Yalova between March 15, 2023 and June 10, 2023. Within the scope of the research, data were collected from 142 employees. As a result of the research, it was determined that servant leadership positively affects employee voice. According to this result, it was determined that servant leadership is a determinant of employee voice
