Research on the Resonance of Photodiode with a Collector for Terahertz Communication

Abstract: A terahertz band photodiode (TB-PD) is proposed that utilizes resonance to achieve a flat frequency response. For -4V, the$30-\mu \mathrm{m}$-diameter device exhibits 3dB flatness in the range of 267-451GHz and -3.8dBm@333GHz of output power.
